AN ACT ALLOWING CERTAIN SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE BENEFICIARIES TO USE ELECTRONIC BENEFIT TRANSFER CARDS AT PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS.
To require the Department of Social Services to develop and implement a plan to participate in a federal program that allows certain supplemental nutrition assistance beneficiaries to purchase meals at participating restaurants.
