AN ACT CONCERNING THE REDUCTION OF ECONOMIC DAMAGES IN A PERSONAL INJURY OR WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION FOR COLLATERAL SOURCE PAYMENTS MADE ON BEHALF OF A CLAIMANT.
