AN ACT CONCERNING THE CIVIL LIABILITY OF A PHYSICIAN WHO ASSISTS A SWAT TEAM AND AN ARCHITECT WHO EVALUATES SAFETY ELEMENTS IN THE AFTERMATH OF A MAJOR DISASTER OR EMERGENCY.
