AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATIONAL CONTINUITY AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CHILDREN DISPLACED BY EVICTION.
To establish grant programs to provide counseling, support services and educational continuity for children displaced by eviction and to require the Department of Education to provide recommendations for keeping children who are displaced by eviction in the school such children attended prior to such eviction for a transitory duration.
