AN ACT CONCERNING REPAYMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH INCARCERATION.
To remove the requirement that a formerly incarcerated person reimburse the state for costs associated with such person's incarceration if such person wins the lottery or is the recipient of some similar benefit or proceeds from a legal settlement.
