AN ACT CONCERNING FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTIONS OF POLITICAL CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES.
To repeal certain unconstitutional content-based restrictions on political speech in the state's campaign finance laws, in accordance with the Connecticut Supreme Court's decision in Markley v. State Elections Enforcement Commission.
