AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR STIPENDS PAID TO CERTAIN VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS OR VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE MEMBERS.
To establish a personal income tax deduction for any stipend paid by a municipality, volunteer fire department or volunteer ambulance association to certain volunteer firefighters or volunteer ambulance members.
