AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO MEET QUARTERLY WITH PROVIDERS, INCLUDING DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDERS, TO DISCUSS MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT RATES.
To establish quarterly meetings between the Commissioner of Social Services and providers, including durable medical equipment providers, to address Medicaid reimbursement rates and develop solutions to improve access to critical medical equipment and other health services for Medicaid beneficiaries.
