AN ACT WAIVING THE MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SEVENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
To waive the motor vehicle registration fee for any person who is seventy-five years or age or older and has owned such person's motor vehicle for at least two years.
