AN ACT REQUIRING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES AND STREAMING SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE PRO RATA REBATES AND MAKE FEE DISCLOSURES AND PROHIBITING CERTAIN NONCONTRACTUAL CANCELLATION FEES.
To (1) require telecommunications companies and streaming service providers to provide (A) pro rata rebates for cancelled monthly subscriptions, and (B) advance notice disclosing certain pricing or fee changes, and (2) prohibit certain noncontractual cancellation fees.
