AN ACT REDEFINING "STATE CONTRACTOR", "PROSPECTIVE STATE CONTRACTOR" AND "SUBCONTRACTOR" FOR PURPOSES OF THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS.
To redefine "state contractor", "prospective state contractor" and "subcontractor" to exclude persons who simply pay licensing fees for purposes of the campaign finance laws.
