AN ACT CONCERNING MANDATORY LIMITS ON OVERTIME FOR NURSES WORKING IN HOSPITALS.
To amend section 19a-490l of the general statutes by defining "overtime" in hospitals and deleting the provision concerning nurses covered by a collective bargaining agreement pursuant to subdivision (5) of subsection (c) of said section.
