AN ACT CONCERNING ADVANCE NOTIFICATION PROVIDED TO UTILITY COMPANIES OF IMPENDING ROAD PROJECTS.
To require certain information to be provided to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management regarding advance notification provided to utility companies of impending road projects and the final inspection and approval procedures for such projects.
