AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS FROM DISCLOSING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES CERTAIN MEDICAL INFORMATION OF FIRST RESPONDERS DIAGNOSED WITH POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER.

To prohibit health care providers from disclosing to life insurance companies medical information of first responders diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder who seek medical treatment for suicidal ideations.
