AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SYSTEM TO IDENTIFY THE MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES FOR PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION PURPOSES.
To establish a system to identify the motor vehicle registration of each member of the armed forces residing in the state and notify the municipality where such motor vehicle is located to remove such motor vehicle from the list of property to be taxed by such municipality.
