AN ACT CONCERNING THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PERSONS WITH ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA.

To enable better communication of an Alzheimer's diagnosis and treatment plan to family members or legal representatives within state and federal privacy laws and require hospitals to have an operational plan for identifying and managing individuals with dementia.
