AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION OF THE GOVERNOR'S EMERGENCY DECLARATIONS.
To authorize any member of the General Assembly to call for a vote to ratify the issuance or renewal of an emergency declaration by the Governor and to require a two-thirds vote for passage of such ratification.
