AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY AND DETERMINE THE BEST MECHANISM FOR PROVIDING NOTICE OF CERTAIN RESTRAINING OR PROTECTIVE ORDERS TO SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND RESOURCE OFFICERS.
To establish a working group to study and determine the best mechanism for providing the appropriate school official or school resource officer with notice of any restraining or protective order concerning a student or the parent or legal guardian of a student at such official's or officer's school.
