AN ACT CONCERNING THE PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES BY PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION AND SECURITY GUARDS PRIOR TO LICENSURE.

To allow individuals to be employed as and perform the duties of private investigators while awaiting licensure and registration under certain circumstances and eliminate the requirement for supervision of individuals working as security guards while awaiting licensure.
