AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CONTRACTING PRICE PREFERENCES FOR VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES.
To provide a price preference of ten per cent for the purchase of goods or services from veteran-owned businesses when determining the lowest responsible qualified bidder in state contracting.
