AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ELECTIVE FERTILITY PRESERVATION TREATMENTS.

To require that certain health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, amended, renewed or continued in this state provide coverage for elective fertility preservation treatments.
