AN ACT REQUIRING A FAIR RENT COMMISSION DISMISS CERTAIN CASES.
To require a fair rent commission to dismiss any case when the rent increase for a dwelling unit is within the fair market rental value for comparable dwelling units in the neighborhood where the property is located.
