AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY.

To allow the CHEFA Community Development Corporation to provide financial assistance for child care facility projects in child care deserts and to reserve tax credits for cash contributions to the corporation.
