AN ACT CONCERNING TEACHERS WHO ARE CERTIFIED IN OTHER STATES AND CERTIFICATION APPLICATION FEES.
To require the Commissioner of Education to accept the certification of teachers who are certified in good standing in another state and to cap certification application fees at fifty dollars.
