AN ACT CONCERNING MILITARY LEAVE PROVISIONS UNDER THE STATE PERSONNEL ACT.

To update obsolete terminology utilized in the military leave provisions of the State Personnel Act, thereby facilitating use of such provisions by state employees who serve in the armed forces.
