AN ACT CONCERNING STOPPING A MOTOR VEHICLE IF THE OPERATOR OR A PASSENGER IS SMOKING CANNABIS.
To permit a law enforcement officer to stop a motor vehicle if the officer witnesses the operator or a passenger smoking cannabis.
