AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN HEALTH INSURERS TO OFFER AND SELL A QUALIFIED HEALTH PLAN THROUGH THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
To require health insurers that deliver, issue for delivery, renew, amend or continue health insurance policies in this state to offer and sell at least one qualified health plan through the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange.
