AN ACT CONCERNING EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOLAR PANELS AND LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES.
To require producers of solar panels and lithium-ion batteries to provide ways to properly dispose of these products without causing environmental harm.
