AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH INSURERS FROM REQUIRING SPOUSES OF COVERED EMPLOYEES TO OBTAIN SEPARATE HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.

To prohibit health insurers from requiring that spouses of covered employees obtain separate health insurance coverage, if available.
