AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM THROUGH WHICH A PHYSICIAN MAY PROVIDE ONE HUNDRED HOURS OF FREE MEDICAL CARE IN LIEU OF PAYING THE STATE'S MEDICAL LICENSE FEE.
To allow physicians to provide one hundred hours of free medical care in lieu of paying the state's medical license fee.
