AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO THE SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT WATER AUTHORITY TO UPGRADE A PUMP STATION, INCLUDING BY ADDING A STORAGE TANK, AND EXTEND AN EMERGENCY CONNECTION LINE INTO THE TOWN OF LEDYARD BY WAY OF CHRISTY HILL ROAD.
To provide financial assistance to the Southeastern Connecticut Water Authority to upgrade a pump station and extend an emergency connection line into the town of Ledyard.
