AN ACT CONCERNING HIRING RATIOS FOR CERTAIN SKILLED TRADES.
To require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to temporarily amend the hiring ratios for certain skilled trades, increase the amount of fines levied on contractors who do not comply with such ratios and require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection and Labor Commissioner to establish and publish standards for ratio relief that account for current workforce shortages.
