AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY PHYSICIANS AND FIREARM POSSESSION AND SALES.
To add temporary commitments under physicians' emergency certifications to any registry of admissions for patients with psychiatric disabilities that is maintained by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and reviewed when determining the suitability of a person to purchase or possess a firearm.
