AN ACT PROHIBITING THE INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWERS NEAR SCHOOLS.
To prohibit the installation or replacement of any telecommunications tower if such tower is located, or will be located, one hundred fifty or fewer yards from any school.
