AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE TO ABUTTING LAND OWNERS AND THE DISCLOSURE OF SUBSIDIARY PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENTS IN PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY RATE CASES AND CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE CREATION OF MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC COMPANIES.
To (1) require consistency in notice to abutting land owners in matters before the Connecticut Siting Council and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, (2) require the disclosure of profit and loss statements of any subsidiary of an entity subject to a rate case before the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, and (3) to create a task force to study the creation of municipal electric companies.
