AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN HEALTH CARRIERS FROM REQUIRING STEP THERAPY FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS PRESCRIBED TO TREAT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR CHRONIC, DISABLING OR LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS OR DISEASES.
To prohibit certain health carriers from requiring the use of step therapy for prescription drugs prescribed to treat behavioral health conditions or chronic, disabling or life-threatening conditions or diseases.
