AN ACT ENTITLING TOWNS TO FULL REIMBURSEMENT UNDER THE EXCESS COST GRANT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION.
To ensure that towns receive the amount entitled to them under the excess cost grant for special education regardless of the amount appropriated for such purpose in the state budget for the fiscal year.
