AN ACT DESIGNATING RACISM AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS IN THE STATE AND ESTABLISHING A COMMISSION TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM ON PUBLIC HEALTH.

To designate racism as a public health crisis in the state and establish a commission to study the impact of institutional racism on public health.
