AN ACT REQUIRING VETERINARIANS TO REPORT CASES OF SUSPECTED AGGRAVATED ANIMAL CRUELTY AND AUTHORIZING THE REPORTING OF SUSPECTED ANIMAL CRUELTY.
To protect the health of animals and afford protection to veterinarians who report cases of suspected aggravated cruelty and neglect to the state.
