AN ACT LIMITING THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE TO ONE VEHICLE OWNED BY ANY INDIVIDUAL.
To limit the application of the Passport to the Parks fee to one vehicle owned by an individual rather than each vehicle owned by such individual.
