AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR THE SPECIAL EDUCATION EXCESS COST GRANT.
To increase special education funding for school districts by reducing the per pupil cost multiplier within the excess cost reimbursement formula and remove the cap on special education cost reimbursements.
