AN ACT ELIMINATING CERTAIN TAX CREDITS AND A CARRY-FORWARD AND PRIVATIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
To eliminate the film production and digital animation production tax credits, privatize the Department of Motor Vehicles and eliminate the carry-forward under public act 23-204 for operating expenses for The University of Connecticut Health Center for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
