AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING AND VAPING AT STATE BEACHES AND PARKS AND ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO RESTRICT SMOKING AND VAPING AT MUNICIPAL PARKS AND OTHER OUTDOOR VENUES.
To prohibit smoking and vaping at state beaches and parks and allow municipalities to restrict smoking and vaping at municipal parks and other outdoor venues.
