AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REFUNDABLE CREDIT AGAINST THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX FOR LICENSED DRIVERS.
To establish a refundable credit against the personal income tax of fifty dollars for each licensed driver, regardless of filing status.
