RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL MANDATES.

To require the vote of two-thirds of both chambers of the General Assembly to enact a new unfunded state mandate in order to ease the burden of mandates on municipalities and to provide local property tax relief.
