RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT CONCERNING THE VOTE REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENACTMENT OF NEW SOURCES OF TAX REVENUE.

To limit the tax burden on state residents and businesses by requiring any legislation proposing a new source of tax revenue to be approved by a two-thirds vote of each house of the General Assembly.
