RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO ALLOW MUNICIPALITIES TO PRESERVE CONTROL OF ZONING AUTHORITY.
To prohibit the state or any nonmunicipality political subdivision of the state from restricting a municipality's authority to enact and enforce its own zoning regulations.
