RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO AUTOMATICALLY ADMIT SEVENTEEN-YEAR-OLD STATE RESIDENTS AS ELECTORS.

To automatically register seventeen-year-old state residents to vote without requiring they apply for such registration, to provide notification of registration to the newly registered electors and their local registrars of voters and to ensure funding necessary for the Secretary of the State to administer these changes.
