AN ACT CONCERNING INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE NOTICE OF INTENDED ACTION FOR PROPOSED REGULATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SUSPENSION OF CIVIL PENALTIES IMPOSED ON CERTAIN BUSINESS ENTITIES PURSUANT TO REGULATIONS.

To require notices of intended action for proposed regulations to include plain language descriptions and summaries of and compliance requirements for such proposed regulations.
