AN ACT PROHIBITING PREDATORY PRACTICES OF BUSINESSES IN RELATION TO THE DRIVE-ONLY MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

To protect consumers from the predatory tactics employed in assisting a person obtain a drive-only motor vehicle operator's license, including, but not limited to, requiring a person to purchase certain motor vehicle insurance or attend a certain driving school.
